Eden Driscoll

Administrative Assistant - CGL Tax

Born and raised in Miramichi, NB, Eden came to Red Deer in 2006. Eden attended (then called) Red Deer College's Donald School of Business for her Legal Assistant Diploma.

Eden then went to the bright lights in the big city of Calgary to pursue her career until when the lights got shut down due to the pandemic in 2020. She then headed to 'la belle province' for awhile before coming back to the more beautiful province in 2023.

This time, Eden convinced two others to come with her to Alberta: her spouse, and her (then) toddler.

Coming from a litigation background as well as dealing with debt and collections, Eden understands the importance of accuracy and the fine details in her role. It doesn't hurt that she also knows how to hunt down people that owe us money!

With several years (we won't say how many) of customer service, file management, and administration, Eden puts her experienced touch on every document coming through her.

Her constant happy and bubbly personality greeting you when you come in, makes even 'Mr. Scrooge' feel welcome in the office. (PS: don't tell him we call him that!)

Her eagerness to help, learn new things, and take on the most mundane of tasks without even a second thought, shows how much she enjoys being part of a team working together to provide that customized, business class experience, you've come to expect from CGL Tax.

Eden is eager to develop her number skills on the bookkeeping and accounting side to complement her word skills on the legal side.

When we finally let her go home to her family (which she loves the most), Eden enjoys travelling the highways and backroads, cooking (not the books), and her Garden #justkidding #dadjoke

Truthfully, she does enjoy heading into nature - but more the hiking and breathing in the mountain air - kind.
